Alameda-based dance company Tara Pilbrow Dance is auditioning for two dancers to join the company for the remake of Breathe, a piece first created in 2021 for 3 dancers.

Dancers should have a strong contemporary dance background, confident contact/ partnering skills, and be comfortable with improvisation and movement composition.

Performances of Breathe are planned for May 5/6 2024 at the Radium Runway outdoor performance venue in Alameda. Rehearsals will take place in Alameda 2-3 times per week between March and May - schedule to be confirmed with dancers.

Tara Pilbrow Dance is able to pay dancers as independent contractors, at $25/hr for rehearsals.
